Avocado, Hummus and Micro Green Sandwich

I am huge fan of avocados (the good fat) and love making sandwiches with Avocado + Hummus. This is a great lunch when you are on the go. Gourmet Micro Greens add a special touch to the sandwich, not to mention make it beautiful.
Avocado, Hummus and Micro Green Sandwich Ingredients
2 Middle Eastern Whole Wheat Flat Bread
- 4 tbsp. Triple Layer Hummus- Traditional, Cilantro Jalapeno and Spicy
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 10-12 cucumber slices
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup Micro Greens
Heat flatbread in the toaster oven. Top with hummus, avocado, cucumber and micro greens. Fold over and enjoy!
